Introduction
In 1989, lawyer Christian Modl, a partner of lawyer Dr Franz Scheibler, founded the corporate law practice in Neumarkt, Winterthur. The firm is characterised by its efficiency, reliability, and the personal support that it offers, in addition to its responsibility for the Winterthur's two trade association offices.
Foundation of Kloter Modl Rechtsanwälte AG in collaboration with lawyer Michael Kloter in 2016, and the move to Villa Jakobsbrunnen on the outskirts of Winterthur's old town brought together the qualities of the two law firms. In the future, we seek to continue nurturing our long-term partnerships, which have been established for years and which are highly valued by our discerning clients. We are now pleased to be able to offer new fiduciary services and legal services in areas such as fiscal, tax and public building law from Winterthur.
