Law firm introduction
Lawyer Christian Modl, who has headed a corporate law firm in Winterthur since 1989, together with lawyer Dr Franz Scheibler, founded the successor company Kloter Modl Rechtsanwälte AG in 2016 in partnership with lawyer Michael Kloter. Just as before, we continue to focus on litigation and consultation in the areas of commercial and general civil law. We have set ourselves the goal of developing a broad range of optimal solutions for our client’s specific legal matters.
With our extensive experience, combined with continuous, personal support, we are ideal partners notably for SMEs. We maintain as far as possible long-term partnerships and offer comprehensive advisory services with holistic proposals for solutions to satisfy all requirements.
In addition to legal advice we provide general fiduciary services, such as accounting functions, including tax consulting, for our clients. In this way, we offer a one-stop service solution for our foreign customers, especially in the context of relocations and newly established companies. For clients from abroad, we also exercise control functions with respect to their Swiss companies. To be able to provide hands-on support for our clients from abroad, we work with a network of carefully selected correspondent law firms.
From our two offices in Winterthur and Zollikon we are pleased to advise you in several languages, including German, English, French and Italian. All our attorneys are members of the Zurich Lawyers' Association and the Swiss Lawyers' Association.
